Since 2006, sindustry surfboards has been dedicated to design high quality surfboards. Thanks to our
professionals hard work we have achieved a high quality and innovative designs for surfboards. Always using the
best produts in market; basic principle on which sindustry is based.
Christopher hunt (ch surfboards)shaper of sindustry, began to work for ´wavezone´ in Coloundra (australia) when he
was 15, where he learned all the steps to making surfboards: fins, sanding, glassing... and of course shaping. Years
later he started to work in ´the factory surfboards´ where he dedicated himself to make high quality surfboards for one
year more. In 1997 he travelled to the basque country and shaped for ´eukaliptus´ for six mouths. Back to australia he
returned to ´the factory surfboards´ for another year until he missed his ´european adventure´, so he decided to came
back and shape for ´eukaliptus´, ´full and cas´and ´impact´..
In the year 2000 he opened his own factory in Asua, where he started making surfboards with a D.S.D. (digital shape
design) shaping machine. This technologies allows him to innovate the designs of the boards being able to reproduce a
´magic´ board as well as modify the desings of the shape and this, it enables him to investigate about the performance of the board on
the waves.
Till the year 2005 he made boards customs boards under his own brand ´C.H´. apart from this, he also made boards for other brands
such as slash, hoff, stark...
In 2006 he decided to join sindustry´s team, becoming the manufacturer of some of the best shapers in europe. Many of the best
european and word surfers use a board by sindustry.
